1 Introduction and Definitions

betbdt is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between betbdt and its users. By creating an account or using any service on this platform, the user is considered to have accepted these terms.

The following definitions apply to terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The betbdt website and mobile application (Android and iOS).
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who uses services through a registered account on betbdt.
• "Account Balance" — The total amount held in a member's account (real money and bonus funds are shown separately).
• "Bonus" — Promotional credit granted by betbdt, which may be withdrawn subject to meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on betbdt, the user must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time and the account balance being forfeited.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any extra bonuses or winnings will be voided.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to the user.
• The password must be at least 8 characters long and must not be shared with anyone.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not allowed.
• Accounts may not be transferred to a third party.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

betbdt reserves the right to verify the identity of its users. When requested, the relevant member must submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

If verification documents are not submitted within the required time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

4 Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to use betbdt's services. If verification reveals that a user is underage, their account will be closed immediately and no transactions from that account will be considered valid.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on betbdt is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits must be made from a method registered in the user's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if the account has not been fully verified.

5.3 Payment Policy

• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit where possible.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification before being processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

betbdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to a third party.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time, depending on the terms of the specific promotion.
• betbdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be voided.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The betbdt VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is paid on net weekly losses at the following rates: up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, 1.2% for Platinum, and 1.5% for Diamond. 7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

betbdt reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed, bets placed at those odds may be cancelled and the original stake returned to the account.

7.2 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting results, betbdt follows internationally recognised sources. If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the result will be determined according to the rules of the specific sport.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Activities

• Betting by anyone who can directly influence the outcome of an event is prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting or risk-free betting using bonuses is prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found to be involved in syndicate betting or coordinated match manipulation will be closed.

7.4 Multi Bets and Single Bets

In addition to single bets, multi bets are available, where multiple selections are combined. All selections in a multi bet must win; if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. Example: three selections at decimal odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.90 — combined odds are 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.90 = 3.99, so a ৳100 stake can return ৳399 only if all three selections win.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by betbdt

betbdt may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• Providing a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the customer service team directly. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before the account is closed; however, any active bonus will be cancelled if its wagering requirement has not been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
